During 2016 I had the pleasure to work with Olympus Greece in order to document the Kavala Air Sea Show with their flagship camera at the time, the Amazing OM-D E-M1 and the 40-15 f2.8.
During the Kavala Air Sea Show 2016 I traveled to Thassos Island in order to document an amazing historical flight featuring David Bremmer and his hand-made fully functional replica of the Bristol Scout: a WWI Aircraft that was widely used at the time for scouting purposes.
Also I was in charge of a team of 10 photographers who were documenting the airshow in Kavala during the peak weekend.
I was granted unlimited access in order to document the acrobatics and action that only an Apache can offer. Well that is not completely true since this year we had not only one but Two Apaches ( AH-64DHE from the Hellenic Army Aviation ).
The show was breathtaking as the two Helicopters performed some extremely difficult but elegant maneuvers and gave an amazing display that can be hardly matched.
The show allowed the pilots to shine and prove why they are among the best in the world when it comes to piloting skills.
